• Simply download the application form, on the left hand side of this page, complete and hand in at Box Office next time you visit Cornerhouse.
• Alternatively you can apply and pay over the phone on 0161 200 1500 from 12noon – 8pm daily.
• If you would prefer to post your application, send a cheque made payable to ‘Cornerhouse’ to: Membership, Cornerhouse, 70 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5NH.
